It had been a long winter and I was looking forward to a great summer of weddings and play. Denise and Gavin’s wedding at the Jay Peak Resort in Jay, Vermont was going to kick everything off on Memorial Day weekend. There was just one minor issue – the six inches of fresh snow the area received over the weekend. The couple and their family and friends just rolled with it and had a great time celebrating. They made the most of it with the amazing spa and some very physical broom ball at the resort’s indoor ice rink. Thankfully, the sun appeared just as our time together was coming to an end and we were able to make the most of it.
